She commands complex County Court and Supreme Court trials and takes charge in Court of Appeal matters by instructing and driving counsel with precision.
Kate earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Christian University in 2018 and her Juris Doctor from The University of Melbourne Law School in 2022. She was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2023. Before stepping into law, she gained invaluable experience as a Judge’s Associate in the Texas Court of Appeal and contributed to multiple community legal centres.
